Was reached out to personally multiple times to complete very lengthy online interview. Completed interview and instantly received generic rejection letter afterwords. Very frustrating experience to say the least, sad

I sent my application for Project Manager position in Italy and I have been contacted after 2 days for the first interview. It has been done via phone and it was quick and easy. The guy was nice. One week later I did the second one via Skype with the person who should have been my direct superior and he asked me some questions about my actual role and where I would see myself in the next years. I passed this one too. This person was kind too. The third and last one was 2 weeks later and it was face2face with the boss of my boss from the headquarter. He asked me some questions about how I manage conflict and so on. This guy was the king of poker face, he did not breathe emotions. After this interview they disappeared for almost 1 month. No call, no email. I decided to send them an email for an update and they simply answered that the position has been already assigned to someone else already in Whirlpool. I took time from my work and spent money to be able to do these interviews, I expected at least to be contacted even for a no and to receive at least a decent feedback.

The environment is so friendly and HR let you feel hoome. I had the chance to meet several senior leaders and you can feel they are really based on the values for the company
