      There are five interviews in total, and you will be interviewed by people from multiple countries. If you are being interviewed by people from this company, here is what I would have wanted to know: This is a company run by people who are accustomed to doing as little work as possible, and they will repeatedly ask you about asynchronous work. What they are actually asking is, "How do we know you will not bother us or need us, as we do not want to talk to you?" All of their questions revolve around this thought process. They will ask how you handle Slack messages, if you can get things done on your own, etc. My impression was that training and support from the company are minimal and if you dare bother anyone you will not be liked. You will also need to be prepared to explain everything. Don't assume they will even look at your resume or LinkedIn profile. Be prepared to explain everything. When they ask the typical "Tell me about yourself?” question you will want to explain your current job, what you do, if the company is saas and if it is b2b or b2c and how you are not going to bother them, in clear detail. Again, I cannot stress enough that this is a company full of people who feel entitled to do the bare minimum. Assume they will do nothing as the impression I got from this company is that their employees expect you to do it for them, including any research about you. I would also spend time looking up who is interviewing you and what country they are from, then spend time researching the culture of that country. My impression from my interviews was that these people appreciate you kissing up to them and telling them how great they and this company are.
