I had a single Skype interview (I was based in Australia) and completed a design task. The design task was intended to demonstrate my process and the quality of my outputs.

Question 1
Nil. All questions were asked as part of a natural conversation. I suspect that my CV and portfolio were enough to let them see what I was capable of. The interview seemed more about demonstrating passion and cultural fit.
