Extremely long winded, too many stages, practical task was good to do but with no reward. The arrogance of this company is unreal. Leadership is obsessed with hiring based on gender and race and it feels discriminatory. It was a complete waste of time and I would warn anyone to not be blinded by their outward kindness. I was asked to meet to many people with a lot of time in between and constantly egged on with promising emails from HR. I was told there is little to no process in place and they need help hammering this out. HR was very nice but it all felt like a slap in the face and I would not recommend it to anyone.
