Standard graduate procedure for an application: Online application where you send in your CV & Cover Letter, Online tests (I think two rounds, one is a maths test and the other is a logical reasoning test), First round interview, Assessment Day

Why this company, role, time you've worked in a group/showed initiative. Assessment day included interviews, group exercise, case study and presentation. It was an overnight stay with dinner the evening before the assessment and both travel and hotel was covered.
