I was contacted by the Recruiter followed by Engineering Manager phone interview. I did well on the phone and was asked to come in. It was 2 System Design interview, 1 coding interview, and 3 people management interview. I thought I did really well on all aspects but one Engineering Manager who did a "coding" interview does not know how to ask questions and expects the candidate to follow. He was rude during the interview and I feel pity for the engineers who report to him. Except him, the overall experience was pretty good. I was impressed with the level of preparation work they do before the interview but I only wish if they had spent training the interviewer as well.
