The interview process at WhatConverts is one of the best I have been through. Amanda was awesome to work with and had great communication throughout. Additionally, there were no unnecessary steps, and they were efficient going from one step to the next. There is a take hone assignment to complete but the guidelines are clear and they even pay you if you complete it.
