      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Whale Brands

      Entretien

Interview Process started out seamless. Recruiter takes a day or two to reply, had a lot of good questions, and even asked to make an Integration perfect for the job using a specific software. After getting those information and the free work done using the integration, they ghosted after 2 weeks. Did not reply anymore, and did not have any follow-ups or even a "We're sorry to tell you but you haven't been picked" email. No common professional courtesy.

      Question 2

Before we schedule our meeting, I want you to complete a skill test. Please find the details below. Definition of Done Once an email in a personal Gmail inbox gets the new label “Invoices”, the pdf attachment in the email (e.g. invoice.pdf) automatically gets uploaded to the Google Drive folder “Invoices” and renamed to an efficient & easy to find document name. The automated process is created via Make.com and runs once per day on 6:00AM PHT. In a Loom video you show that the automation is working + how you did it. You submit the video through this form: [insert google form]

How will you manage our team members concerns?

      Question 4

      Question 5

As the last step before the interview process, I would like to request your review of the following email (amazon newsletter) and please provide a detailed explanation of your thought process. My question to you: what are your next actions after reading the email during your inbox management for Jordan? Please share your next moves in detail for a realistic scenario and worst case scenario. Please assume you are the only person in the company and are expected to solve problems independently.
