The process started with an HR call, followed by a lengthy gap before receiving an extensive technical assignment with a one-week deadline. After submission, I had a review call with two engineers. Despite having clearly communicated upfront that I have no direct NLP experience, the discussion was heavily focused on keyword search algorithms. The conversation was further derailed by one senior engineer repeatedly interrupting, which made it nearly impossible to maintain any flow. We ran out of time before covering the full scope of the assignment. The overall process was disorganized, and the interview itself was poorly managed and not a great use of anyone's time
