The interview process was quick and unorganized. I was offered a job on the spot, which wasn't bad but they didn't know enough about me from the "interview". I was asked basic questions that would appear on the application itself. The manager seemed unprepared and really just wanted to speak about the restaurant(in a unprofessional manner) and then hire me.
