I applied online and a few days later I got a link to an online test I was supposed to submit in a week. I did and within a few days I heard back from them that they wanted to do a Skype interview. The first interview was with the head of development who was very nice and seemed to think I was a good match for the position. It was a combination of technical questions and some other general questions. He wanted me to do another interview, and we ended up doing the 2nd interview later on the same day! I was interviewed by 3 senior developers/tech leads, who were all very pleasant. 3 days later I was contacted by phone and given an offer by the HR generalist I was in contact with. She was also very nice and pleasant, and told me about the next steps I would need to go through to relocate to Munich and join the team. Overall the whole process was extremely fast and efficient, and everyone involved was very friendly.
