J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Westside Direct (Atlanta, GA) en sept. 2016

      Entretien

I was contacted by the phone the next day I applied online and was asked during the phone interview for what position am I currently looking for and why. Then I was invited for the job interview in person that took 10 to 15min. There were 2 candidates before me. I had the interview directly with the company's CEO and I was asked general questions like Tell me about yourself, Tell me about your studies, What are your strenghts, Why would you be the best fit for this position... The interview was not stressful. Though, there was no mention about the salary. I was invited for the shadow interview and told to wear flats because we will walk a lot.. Duing the shadow interview I was assigned to person who was in charge to show me the commun day in work. We went to city that is 30miles away from Atlanta and we were visiting customers door to door trying to sel office supplies Quill to customers who didn't even know we were coming. We could not leave any contact information, so the potential customers can't call us if they would decide to buy something later and we could not really promote some specific products only ask customer which exact product they are looking for. I was not expected to be door to door selling as the job offer announced something else. Moreover, after the shadow interview, the CEO introduced me to salary, which is 100% comission based, you must use your OWN CAR and spend your own money to gas which is reimbursed only to 50% and only if you make 600$ sales in week! However, I must acknowledge that the people who work there are nice, young and energetic people wit whom I would enjoy to work. On the other hand, I don't think this is a position for college graduates in Business..In my opinion it could be the good entry level position for people with No Business college degree or Sales background in order to obtain some sales experience and knowledge during training which is provided at the beginning( The training is not paid). and you must be sure you can make some sales as you are paid 100% on comission: 6 sales a week (no minimum sales) = 100$, 9 sales a week = 200$...and you need to have in mind that you can be asked to make 100miles a day without gas reimursment if you don't make 600$ in sales a week.
