Really friendly people. In theory their hybrid policy allows flexibility but it was not very specific. So during the interview they told me it was hybrid and I can even spend a week at home if I am not needed on campus. When they offered me a job, they told me that actually they preferred everyone to be in (the manager confirmed they were expected to be in practically every day). Just do not take it for granted.
