1.5 hour interview, general competency based questions followed by a pretty difficult technical question regarding what you would add to a pfd with no information. The panel was with 4 interviewers

I dealt directly with the local HR department which was good. Panel interview was a bit nerve racking. They train folks on the STAR method. Situation, Task, Action Result.
