Initial communication was on the phone. Went to meet with the actual boss, G.R. Interview was very laid back. It was for a turnaround at Dow Chemical that lasted for 30 days. I was hired. Then I see the HR guy and he has me fill out more paperwork than I completed when I joined the military.
