Met with the manager for the department that was hiring, plus two managers for departments the position worked closely with. It was easily the longest interview I've ever been in, close to two hours. They had several pages of questions to go through, some on background, some hypothetical situations, technical questions (it was a technical role). It was a very light atmosphere, very friendly and lots of joking. But definitely a long interview.
