Entretien
I applied on line. I first received an email from Alyssa with there Talent Management Team. I had several jobs lined up but I must say it was Alyssa’s passion for job that got me. We communicated through emails we talked about lots of things. I explained that I was very unhappy at my last job. I loved my customers and stuck around for as long as I had because of them. No amount of money would have made me stay any longer. She then set up a phone interview and asked to set up a Webex interview with my now supervisors. They were awesome as well I was starting to see a trend with Westerra. Employee were happy and really seemed to care about me. I was offered the job and accepted the position. I may have taken the other position had it not been for Alyssa she gave me my first look at Westerra. I am so happy and I absolutely love my coworkers. I am already trying to convince some ex-employees to apply.
