I had a recruiter reach out and source me - a new experience for me. But she was kind and considerate and not pushy at all. She was efficient in her communication and my initial screen was very clear and she answered a ton of my questions. Immediately I was given next steps and scheduled a video interview with my potential new boss and while it was an hour it felt shorter. They communicated authentically and it was a great balance of interview questions and leaving time for my questions. I left feeling I really understood and that they had gotten to know me well. Then I did a panel with a group which was hugely helpful and gave tons of insight into the culture/expectations. And finally I met with an Operator who I'd be potentially working with who was also eager to answer any questions I had. Overall - I was impressed with the speed and efficiency and the fact that every interview felt genuine and not super scripted. As someone who conducts interviews myself, this felt really important.
