Got an automated email rejection after the screening call. They advised what to expect next so I assumed I passed the initial call but got a rejection. The interviewer seemed very engaged and we even went overtime so a rejection email came as a surprise. I wish there was specific feedback provided to me for me to know what I need to work on.
