Went into an office with 3 guys who were in management, but did not identify their positions, only first names. It was immediately apparent they were going through the motions. They asked about my professional experience, we discussed logistics and how the company handled both freight and in-house and independent haulers. They asked a couple standard questions, I explained what I was confident I could contribute, then we all fell into a long, curious silence. I finally just stood up and thanked them before walking out. One of the weirdest interviews I've ever been to.
