Quick and simple. More information giving then questions. The questions themselves are not difficult more just time consuming. Was encouraged to use STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) interviewing technique to answer.

This was one of the more insulting interview processes I have experienced. It started off great, as I knew some inside contacts at WGU. The first interview with the hiring manager went really well. The second interview was with who would be my supervisor. This person didn't have their stuff together. They disconnected early in the interview (switching to their phone), made passive aggressive comments about having worked in many industries/jobs (I'm sorry tech is violate), and generally asking questions that were either on the on the application or did not have much to do with the job description. When it came my turn to ask questions they started talking about what the job actually consisted of. I waited a month (after weekly follow ups) to finally receive my rejection email. To make matters more frustrating, I now am flagged in WGU's system to receive automated rejections about one month after applying for positions. I now get these emails in bulk around 2 am Sunday morning. I have requested to have my data deleted from their system.

The first interview was a phone call, pretty easy. The second was with two people and easy. I thought it went well but I did not get an offer. Both interviews were them reading off a script which I thought was weird.
