Very informal. Th branch manager and operations manager from a neighboring branch conducted the interview. There were a few direct questions about past jobs, but mostly they talked about how great Western Bank is in their experience.

Resume Submition to HR, and a single inperson interview at work location with a senior vice president of the company and the local operations manager. The interview was professional and typical. Both interviewers seemed excited about the position being offered and were professional as well as personable.

Very informal... few questions.. interviewers talked about the position and the company history. There was one interview before I was offered a position. I was not required to complete an application until my first day.
