I met with recruiters from the Supply Chain department at a collegiate career fair and then was offered an on campus interview. Before the interview, I was contacted to attend a social at a local restaurant to get a feel of company culture. The interview was very informal and laid back, but still asked the basic behavioral questions. I then told them underlying experience gained from prior work. Then we chatted a bit about future goals and how I wanted my co-op to shape those.

I met with MeadWestvaco at the Supply Chain career fair at PSU. I was offered an interview that night, and had it the next morning. The interview was entirely behavioral and fairly simple. There was three recruiters at the interview. I heard back from them within three weeks with an offer.
