I applied on-line and was contacted via phone by a MWV recruiter. I was initially screened by the recruiter (via phone). I obviously "passed" the screening because I was then scheduled for a full day of panel interviews. I met with a total of 10 people. Three seperate panels of 3 and then a 1 on 1 with my direct Manager. About 3-5 days later I was asked to come back to meet with the Director and the VP. I received my offer about 5 days after that. The panels were composed of groups that I would be interacting with in my position. I am comfortable in an interview setting but this could be intimidating for someone who is not. It was a long day. I was there for 7 hours.
