Called me to come up for an interview at their branch. Met the manager and he asked me questions on my past work experiences and he asked how would I be able to travel to and from work since there are early shifts and late shifts as well

Roughly a 30 minute interview with about 20 questions on previous experience and customer service role-plays. Asked about scenarios when you've assisted customers and how you would deal with certain unhappy customers.
