Was a phone interview through Microsoft Teams. The recruiter interviewed me while she was at Starbucks and had her internet drop off during a call. It was a basic "get to know you" type of 1st interview where they ask about your background and what made you apply to this position.

Very positive and professional experience all around. The process took a little over 1 month since the day applied. Recruiter will reach out to you if they are interested in your application and set up a recruiter phone screen where they will learn more about your background such as your experience and education and submit the info to the hiring manager / director. If the manager is interested, they will set up the next rounds of interview where each round will a decision factor if you get to move on to the next rounds based on your performance. You will get to speak with the hiring manager / director and some team members. Finally they will make a decision make an offer to you if you perform well on all rounds following by a background check then a start date.
