Sent in my resume and cover letter to the corporate website. Took a few weeks for them to respond, and the interview consisted of talking to 3 people (head designer, associate designer, and the recruiter). All in all was about an hour of talking. The first person to have a 1:1 was the head designer, then associate, then recruiter, but I wish it was flipped to the opposite.
