I would say that it was lengthy and slow, from initial call after applying to getting an offer. I met a lot of great people and had great conversations in the process.

Three separate interviews with one on the phone with recruiter, one on-site, and one virtual. Took tour of facility on-site and then interview which was a waste of my time. Virtual was cut short and I could not answer their questions fully as kept getting cut off since they had another meeting within 30 minutes of starting the interview. Interviewers didn't seem to care about me or my responses.

Entretien
Interviewed with 5 different people. Initial HR phone screen, pretty standard. Then, video interview with 2 regional supervisors at the same time, immediately followed by another video interview with my direct supervisor (same day). Then, a video interview with the underwriting department manager. All interviews were mostly questions about my resume and experience, not many "behavioral questions". After I completed all 4 interviews, they asked for performance reviews from my current company. This felt very intrusive, and unnecessary. They accepted references in lieu of performance reviews. I accepted the offer at $72k but wish I hadn't. Company was a nightmare.
