Rep came to our CDL program and we were offered jobs right out of completion of 2 month course. 160 hours is what they require. Stated we would have to complete Werner orientation and issued a trainer for a few weeks and afterwards issued a truck and route close to home.

Super easy and basic question. Interested to know things you learned in school and qualifications for the job. I described how I had been looking for an opportunity that would allow me to drive locally and still be at home most evenings and they seemeed willing to accommodate.

Answer quick questions and if you are qualified they will hire you. If you have had anything on your license in the last couple of years it may be a little harder to get hired
It’s a very easy place to into. You could really call it a screening rather than an interview. They tell you almost everything you need to know about what accounts are available and the ask when you come to a training facility.
