2. Online tests (tests maths skills, english, puzzles - takes 1-2 hours, done through Revelian)
3. Background check (police check and VEVO visa check)
4. Online interview (ask about previous work experience and talk about what work they have coming up)

3. Online Test: the first part could be a bit confusing, following with a personality test
4. Face to face interview: relaxing environment, the interviewer is very friendly and supportive, showing me how to use the application and encouraging me to ask questions.
