The interview process was quick and straightforward. I applied, had a brief conversation about my experience and availability, and was asked why I wanted to work at Wendy’s. Then, they offered me the job.

Manager did not show up despite scheduling the interview a week prior. The entire management seemed completely unorganized and the workers had no idea what was going on or where their manager was. The lack of clarity was astounding and unprofessional.
It was fine and easy and didn’t take much time. I was done within a small time period of 10 minutes and no more than 20 minutes. I declined the offer for a better job
