The interview with the district manager went well. He displayed kindness and understanding. It was conducted in person and lasted approximately 30 minutes. i would highly recommend working here as your first job if you are looking for a job in fast-food.

My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
