Very easy process as the general manager usually asks behavioral questions and ask about the experience. also they ask about the availability of when a person can work and if there are any limitations.

Short, straight to the point, only asked about my location, hour and day preference, and the one major request was to not bring drama into the workplace. Asked about previous experience as well.

Easy process to interview with wendys. Worked there throughout high school and college. Great company to work for. Would be a good first job for any kids looking to make some extra money.
