They gave easy basic questions, they are desperate for help, anyone could get hired there, there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. The manager did the interview and it was nothing special

My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
