They don’t interview you. They are constantly understaffed due to all their employees quitting because of the terrible work conditions, they are desperate for workers so as long as you show up they give you the job on the spot.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
