I asked for an application from an employee in person even though they weren't hiring. I filled it out and got called for an interview a month later without calling to follow up. The questions were pretty basic. (Tell me about yourself, how many hours do you want to work, what are your future goals) But it was my first job interview ever and I was mostly quiet and "awkward." I think I would've gotten the job if I would've just relaxed. The manager seemed intimidating and was very unorganized. I went to the Wendy's I turned my app to, but I had to go to a different one. By the time I had the interview, I wasn't even interested anymore. You'll be fine if you're confident and conversational.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
