There was only one interview, though from what I later gathered there could be two if the initial interview left the decision on the fence, so to speak. It was a fairly simple process to get hired. Step one would be to apply, and then get called in for an interview. The actual interview questions seemed to be geared towards gauging how well one can interact with other people, for obvious reasons. Otherwise there was nothing really remarkable.
