the manager was very friendly and welcoming. he personal question such as what I like to do, what I want to do as a get older and etc. the interview process as very easy but it took me to months to actually get the job because they are very unorganized.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
