Simple interview process, basic questions and was a good conversation. The questions were not hard, and the environment was not tense. Easy manager to talk to and got the job right after the interview.
Overall, easy interview and not hard to get the job.

My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
