Quite easy and simple. A written test is taken to check the language skills. No technical knowledge needed. Strong command over language and you are good to go. Camera and audio is supposed to be kept on during the test.

Written Test was conducted and the score was taken into consideration. Then they conduct a personal interview on a one on one basis and I answered those questions one by one. 2 officials were sitting in the interview session. It took 30 minutes in total.

The interview process was decent overall. Everything went smoothly except for their response time, which was quite slow. The entire process took around 45 days. The questions and the assignment were not too difficult—just of average difficulty. Overall, it was a fairly standard experience

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to join welocalize or why should we hire you?
It was a pretty standard interview process. I was informed about the position and what responsibilities it entails and then I was asked about my own experience in the field and how I thought I could contribute to the company. After the interview, I was given a translation test.
