Pretty standard process. The questions were not geared towards external candidates and to answer them appropriately required some knowledge of their internal processes. I think they already had a candidate in mind and were just going through the motions. Actually glad I didn't get an offer. Was clear I didn't mesh well with the person that would have been my manager. I couldn't understand his English very well.
