The selection process at Gympass should be used as a model by other companies, regardless of the field of operation. I participated in this process more than once, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most decisive factors that made me want to be part of the company. The process is entirely humanized, with quick, unique, and well-founded feedback. From the first conversation with HR, all stages unfolded smoothly and cohesively.
I was guided from the beginning of the process by Ana Paula, she was wonderful in every step of the way, always gave me fast feedback through Whatsapp, what ensured I received communications very fast, and every time I had a question she replied almost immediately. Also she's very polite and treated me with much consideration for the journey I was on :) thank you Ana, you're the best <3

Question 1
On the first step I was asked about my background, experiences, projects I worked on, feedbacks I received and passed on and some questions were in english. On the tech interview I was asked to perform a code review, and although I wasn't reviewing a language I worked on recently, I was upfront about it and all my questions were answered. On the management interview I was asked very specific questions about my tech opinions and how I would or have acted in some circumstances. I was very comfortable to be honest, the team as very thoughtful.
