I was so surprised by the whole interview process at Wellhub and I honestly couldn’t believe such a great candidate experience was even possible. I have been through many processes lately for companies of different sizes and industries and Wellhub provided by far the best experience. Just to sum up what I appreciated through the process: 1. I applied on LinkedIn and the recruiter was so involved and considerate that he almost instantly noticed great match between my CV and the job that he approached me insanely fast to set-up a call. Usually it takes so much time to get a follow-up after an application on LinkedIn, if ever one gets one. 2. The recruiter was friendly, open, sincerely curios about me and my motivations and clearly explained how long the process will be, who will be involved and how many interview rounds will be. Expectations met reality. 3. The conversations felt informal and the interviews were truly conversational, not one sided. All the questions I received were on point, I didn’t feel interrogated and I felt listened to the whole time. 4. The recruiter was passionate about his role and very professional. This gave a green light to the company’s culture and my future colleagues. He even told me about company mission and values in order for me to see how they live the values and see how I fit in. 4. The second two interviews were held with future managers and again I’ve noticed what drives them, I got to chance to also ask questions and they were open to answer and have a two sided conversation about projects, plans, challenges and opportunities. 5. Because the process went so smooth and it was a clear alignment and match, we set all the interviews one after another and I received the offer very fast. I felt convinced even by this that Wellhub is a place to be, work and grow.
