Intensive interview process, involving multiple stakeholders - faculty, staff, and students - over the course of an entire day. Interviews included individual and panel/group conversations (search committee, stakeholders, colleagues, etc.) and a brief presentation.

1 screening, 1 one on one with Director, 1 group panel interview. They were very fast to communicate with me regarding next steps. However, being in the panel round I would have hoped for a personalized email saying I didn't get to the next step and not just an automated email from workday
