The process consisted of 1/2 hour phone interview followed by an onsite 1 hour interview with 2-3 individuals. Following the initial conversations I had with the recruiter and the phone interview I felt pretty positive about the opportunity and that it may very well be a good fit. However, the onsite interview revealed that they were looking for an employee with a more senior skill set than I was expecting.
