So the interview was nice and simple, flowed along well and all. I thought it went great.. to get a generic email a few days later being passed on. Since when did it become so hard to communicate with prospective employees? Why fake so much enthusiasm? You don't have to try an be my best friend and put on like you'll be calling me back in a few days with onboarding information. I was definitely let down big time.

I had the assessment phone interview then no response .. I was waiting around to see the next steps but I’m not sure . I will reach out to the company for an update

Entretien
90 Minute assessment, if you pass they send it along to an HR recruiter who you will do a phone screen with. If that goes well you get invited to a group interview. During the group interview the first 15 minutes or so goes over a brief description of the company, benefits etc. Then you go into break out rooms where multiple managers ask you situational/behavioral questions for about 45 minutes. After that they moved me onto reference checks. Which I gave 6 references that I know all would’ve provided excellent references and I got an email a week later saying I wasn’t selected to move forward. There wasn’t much communication during that process or to explain why.
