1st interview was formal. Met with the hiring manager and got a tour of the office area. 2nd interview, met with engineers as well as the FSR supervisor. Made it to a 3rd interview with the VP of the company, only to be told I wasn't selected for the position. Had to call them in order to get an answer, otherwise they would have just sent me a letter regarding what the outcome of the process was.
