The interview went smoothly. It was in front of HR, Perishable manager and Department manager. Everyone was very chipper and down to Earth. They do their best to make you feel comfortable.

did a phone interview which lasted about 40 minutes ask basic questions especially about leading and managing a group got a call back few days later for another interview with department mgr and HR asked some of the same questions as phone interview got a call back few weeks later with an offer and I accepted.
