When I arrived, I was the only person in the office that looked remotely professional (including the recruiting staff) which was a bit alarming because it was an interview afterall. Anyhow, I spoke to the recruiter and despite the casual attire, she was really nice so I enjoyed the overall interview. She just asked a lot of random questions about ethics, my responsibilities, and experience.
Apply online. In a few days I received a message to schedule a phone interview. Then you are scheduled for a video interview or in person interview with the hiring team.

interview process was great and provided great information regarding the company and culture set by the wegmans brand. I think this company truly cares for what they stand for and it reflects in the employees who run the operations

Interview was handled by the employee advocate and one of the head chefs of the store. Basic experience questions, able to work in an environment where you do stuff, etc etc.
