The Hiring process is a bit long in my opinion. Three to four long interviews. Basic questions, common knowledge, what if....kind of questions and what would you do, how are you going to be apart of the Wegmans family. Once hired, theres team meetings and video clips of "what should you do" Did i mention the Wegmans cheer. OH MY !!
